Product Info Google Form Build

I have an existing Google Sheet that already contains every column we track for each of our products—SKU, category, dimensions, materials, launch date, and a few yes/no attributes. I now need all of those columns converted into a clean, well-structured Google Form so our team can collect new product data in one place and feed it straight back into the same spreadsheet.

Here is what I’m after:
• Each column becomes a form question with the most logical response type (short answer, paragraph, multiple-choice, checkboxes or dropdown where appropriate).
• Required fields match the “mandatory” flag I’ve marked in the sheet.
• The form should write responses to a new tab in the current workbook without breaking any existing formulas.
• Basic conditional logic: if a user selects “Electronics,” an extra section appears for voltage and certification fields; otherwise those questions stay hidden.
• Branded header image and colour palette (assets provided) so the form looks polished when shared externally.

Primary purpose: data collection.
Data focus: product information that will feed our product-development pipeline.

Deliverable: a shareable Google Form linked to the sheet and a brief note explaining any rules or scripts you added.
