B2B Appointment Setter — Apple MDM | Cold Calling & Cold Emailing | Performance-Based Compensation
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales meetings for our Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable businesses, contact relevant decision-makers through cold calling and cold emailing, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with our sales team.
Our ideal prospects are businesses that actively use and manage multiple Apple devices and have a genuine interest in exploring an Apple MDM solution.
IMPORTANT: Please read the compensation structure and qualification criteria carefully before applying. The hourly payment is conditional on meeting the mandatory weekly appointment target.
1. Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calling and cold emailing to B2B prospects.
* Identify companies that actively use and manage Apple devices.
* Target businesses that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
* Contact IT decision-makers and key influencers.
* Qualify prospects according to the criteria outlined below.
* Schedule meetings with genuinely interested prospects.
* Follow up with prospects to encourage attendance.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach, qualification, and scheduled meetings.
* Work consistently toward the mandatory weekly appointment target.
2. Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Company size: 50–1,000 employees.
Target countries
Primary markets:
* United States
* United Kingdom
* Canada
Secondary markets:
* Germany
* Netherlands
* Malaysia
* Singapore
* United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Prospects must be relevant to our Apple MDM offering and have the potential to become customers.
3. Mandatory Qualified Meeting Criteria
An appointment will count as a qualified meeting only when all applicable criteria below are satisfied:
1. Apple device usage: The prospect’s company actively uses and manages at least five Apple devices.
2. Relevant company profile: The company fits our target customer profile, generally 50–1,000 employees, and operates in one of our target countries.
3. Relevant contact: The meeting is scheduled with an IT decision-maker or a key influencer involved in the relevant decision.
4. Genuine interest: The prospect has expressed genuine interest in exploring our Apple MDM solution.
5. Meeting attendance: The prospect attends the scheduled meeting.
6. Business potential: The prospect’s company has the potential to become a customer.
7. Evaluation timeline: The prospect expects to evaluate and select a new MDM solution within less than four months.
Security-related qualification requirements
If a prospect raises questions about data security or security-related capabilities during qualification, the appointment setter must clearly explain that our solution relies on Apple’s built-in data security and does not provide a separate or additional data-security licensing layer.
If the prospect does not raise a security-related question or requirement, the appointment setter is not required to initiate a separate security discussion during qualification.
If a prospect later decides not to proceed because of the solution’s security approach, this will not invalidate an otherwise qualified meeting, provided all other qualification criteria have been met and the prospect attended the scheduled meeting.
What happens after the meeting is booked?
A meeting is considered qualified once the prospect attends and all the applicable qualification criteria are met.
The appointment setter is responsible for prospecting, qualification, scheduling, and follow-up.
The company is responsible for presenting the solution, handling objections, negotiating, and closing the deal.
A qualified meeting remains qualified even if the prospect ultimately decides not to purchase the solution. Qualification does not depend on whether the sales team accepts the lead or whether a sale is closed.
4. Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based role with a conditional hourly payment and an additional attendance-based commission.
Conditional hourly payment
* Rate: $3 per hour.
* Schedule: 4 hours per day.
* Mandatory minimum: 3 qualified appointments per week.
* Performance target: 4 qualified appointments per week.
The hourly payment is earned for the relevant week only if you book at least three qualified appointments that week.
If you book fewer than three qualified appointments in a week, you forfeit the hourly payment for that week. The payment is not carried forward or simply delayed.
Meeting the minimum of three qualified appointments is mandatory. Four appointments is the performance target, and consistently exceeding that target is encouraged.
Additional commission
* Commission: $10 per qualified appointment that attends the scheduled meeting.
* The prospect must attend, and the meeting must satisfy the qualification criteria.
* Commission is not dependent on whether the sales team accepts the lead.
* Commission is not dependent on whether the prospect ultimately purchases the solution.
For clarity, a booked appointment that the prospect does not attend does not qualify for the $10 attendance-based commission.
The hourly payment and the attendance-based commission are separate components of the compensation structure. The conditional hourly payment requires at least three qualified appointments to be booked during the week, while commission is earned for each qualified meeting attended.
5. Working Hours and Performance Expectations
* Four hours of work per day.
* Outbound prospecting through cold calling and cold emailing.
* No fixed cap on the number of leads you can generate.
* No fixed cap on the number of appointments you can schedule.
* Minimum of three qualified appointments booked per week.
* Target of four qualified appointments booked per week.
You are encouraged to maximize prospecting activity and book as many qualified meetings as possible.
6. Requirements
The ideal candidate:
* Has experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound sales.
* Is comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing.
* Can confidently communicate with IT professionals and business decision-makers.
* Understands lead qualification and meeting scheduling.
* Can follow qualification criteria accurately.
* Is organized, consistent, and performance-driven.
* Can work independently and meet weekly targets.
* Has experience in SaaS, IT, Apple device management, or MDM solutions (an advantage).
7. Application Instructions
When applying, please provide:
1. A brief overview of your B2B appointment-setting experience.
2. Your experience with cold calling and cold emailing.
3. Your experience booking meetings with IT decision-makers.
4. Your availability to work four hours per day.
5. Confirmation that you understand the mandatory weekly target of three qualified booked appointments.
6. Confirmation that you understand the conditional $3/hour payment and the additional $10 commission for each qualified meeting attended.
Please apply only if you understand and agree to the compensation structure and qualification requirements.
We are looking for a reliable appointment setter who can consistently generate relevant opportunities and help our sales team connect with businesses that genuinely need an Apple MDM solution.
Please add the words “Regards Green Apple” at the end of you bid so i know you have read the bid and are not a bot
