Private Office Fit-Out Planning

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced AutoCAD/interior space-planning designer for an office fit-out project in a prime location in Dubai.

The office is for an Artificial Intelligence company, so I’m looking for a space plan that is not just functional but also modern, attractive, premium and well-designed.

The requirements are:

- Reception area with visitor seating
- Meeting/boardroom for 15–16 people
- Large CEO cabin with a lounge/visitor seating area
- 2 Manager cabins
- Open workstation area for 15 people
- Small Accounts room for 1 accountant with a small seating area
- Wet pantry
- Dedicated server room
- Proper circulation and efficient use of space

I already have the existing floor layout, which I can share with you.

I’m looking for someone with strong experience in commercial office space planning and AutoCAD, who can understand the requirements and develop a smart, premium layout suitable for a high-end Dubai office.
