Private Ltd Incorporation & Compliance

I’m launching a new Private Limited Company and want one seasoned CA / CS / legal team to look after everything from day-one paperwork to the last compliance filing of the first year. The most urgent milestone is the actual incorporation and registration; once the CIN is in hand, I’ll need continuous support so the company stays fully compliant without surprises.

Here’s what I expect as concrete deliverables:

• Company incorporation on the MCA portal, including DINs, PAN and TAN
• GST registration and an activated GSTIN
• Startup India (DPIIT) recognition certificate
• Cloud-based bookkeeping set up and maintained each month (Tally, Zoho Books or any standard system you recommend)
• All mandatory GST returns, Income-Tax filings and ROC forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, etc.) through the first 12 months
• Timely reminders, notice handling and clear, transparent reporting so I always know where things stand
