Printing Order Workflow Portal

I run a small printing business and want a streamlined, web-based portal that lets my staff handle incoming orders without juggling spreadsheets or email threads. The flow starts with either dropping a PDF purchase order into the system or typing in a manual order; from there we should be able to track every job through each production stage until it ships out.

Key deliverables
