WordPress Multisite Fix — Plugin Updates, Elementor License & Starter Site (2-3 hrs max)

DESCRIPTION:
I need a senior WordPress developer for a small, clearly defined job. This is NOT an open-ended project. There are 4 specific tasks. When they are done, the job is done. I expect this to take 2-3 hours maximum.
My website runs WordPress Multisite on shared hosting (Hostinger Cloud Professional). I have Elementor Pro, WPML, WooCommerce, and a custom Master Blueprint setup for generating client starter sites.
THE 4 TASKS:
1. UPDATE ALL PLUGINS
There are 18 pending plugin updates, several of which include security fixes. Update all of them. Confirm nothing breaks after updating.
2. FIX THE ELEMENTOR LICENSE WARNING
Every time I log into the WordPress admin, I see a license mismatch warning from Elementor. This started after the site was migrated from VPS to shared hosting and domains were changed. Fix it so the warning is gone permanently.
3. FIX THE WPML REDIRECT NOTICE
There is a notice on the dashboard about a redirect issue between getnextdaywebsites.com and getnextdaywebsites.com/en. Fix it.
4. CONFIRM THE MASTER BLUEPRINT WORKS
I have a Master Blueprint at getnextdaywebsites.com/preview/wp-admin. I need to generate a starter site from it and confirm it works correctly end to end. If there are issues, fix them.
IMPORTANT RULES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
- Fixed price only. No hourly. No "I'll check and tell you what else is needed."
- Do NOT install any new plugins without my explicit approval.
- Do NOT move the site, change the hosting, or change any domains.
- Do NOT change any settings outside the scope of these 4 tasks.
- Communicate in clear, plain English. I am not a technical person.
- I will verify each task is working before releasing payment.
- If you cannot complete all 4 tasks for a fixed price, please do not bid.

"Additionally, please investigate these 3 unexpected files found in the Master Blueprint root folder and tell me what they do and whether they should be deleted:

These are not standard WordPress files and were created 3-5 days ago without my knowledge."
