Printed Text to Spreadsheet

I have a steady flow of printed documents that need their text transcribed into a clean, well-organized spreadsheet. All of the information is strictly text—no calculations or mixed fields—so the job is about accuracy, speed, and consistent formatting rather than numerical analysis.

You can work remotely on a part-time schedule: I’ll upload high-resolution scans at the start of each week, and I’d like the completed spreadsheet returned within three days of receipt. Consistent column naming, proper capitalization, and zero typos are essential because the file feeds directly into our internal reporting tool.

Please be comfortable reading printed material (the scans are clear but occasionally include small fonts) and working in Excel or Google Sheets; whichever you prefer is fine as long as the final file is delivered in .xlsx format.
