I need an extra set of hands to keep my employee records accurate, organised, and up-to-date. Today everything lives in a series of Excel spreadsheets; they work, but they’re starting to feel unwieldy as head-count grows. Your core focus will be maintaining three record types—personal information, attendance & leave data, and performance reviews—making sure each file is complete, consistent, and easy for me to reference at a moment’s notice.

Here’s what the day-to-day looks like:
• Clean up the existing sheets, flagging any gaps or inconsistencies you spot.
• Enter new-hire details, contract changes, promotions, and termination data as they happen.
• Track leave balances and absences so the numbers always match payroll inputs.
• Log quarterly and annual performance review notes in the correct format, attaching the right documents to each employee line.
• Protect confidential information with sensible permissions and version control.

You may stick with Excel if you’re a power user, but I’m happy to hear suggestions—macros, pivot tables, or even migrating to a lightweight HR platform—provided the final layout remains clear and exportable. Accuracy, confidentiality, and a quick turnaround on updates are the main success metrics.
