Print-Ready AI Image Enhancement

I have a single AI-generated picture in JPEG format that needs to be refined for professional printing at 18" × 27" and 300 PPI. I am also including a 2nd image (titled "freelancer image") to show some color changes / style edits that are welcome. The main file to work from is the "ChatGPT Image". The main subject and background details must stay intact while you bring everything up to print quality.

Key fixes I need:
- Rebuild the decorative border so the alphabet runs in proper sequence—A, B, C, D.
- Remove the gold plaque that reads “Presented to …” at the bottom without leaving any artifacts.
- Edit the map to be a map of the USA with the start on the state of Colorado.
- Change the date on the bottom right-hand side to read "04.12.2006" rather than 05.24.2024
- Upscale or re-render the entire piece so the final file is truly high-resolution and press-ready.

Beyond those essentials, feel free to perform tasteful color adjustments that enhance vibrancy and depth. If you spot an elegant tweak that adds polish while honoring the original concept, propose it in a brief note when you deliver.

Deliverable:
• One flattened, print-ready image at 18×27 inches, 300 PPI (TIFF or high-quality PNG preferred).

I work in Adobe-friendly workflows, so a layered PSD alongside the final flattened file would be a plus, but not mandatory. Additionally, I will want to view examples of similar high-resolution work done before awarding the project.
