Principal Backend Engineer — Own Nexara’s Revenue-Critical Systems

Nexara Labs USA is looking for a principal-level backend engineer who wants something bigger than another short freelance ticket.

We already have a live platform, CRM workflows, quoting logic, affiliate attribution, sales infrastructure, internal tools, and real operational users. We need someone capable of stepping into an existing production environment and strengthening the systems that determine whether the company scales safely.

Potential ownership includes:

• CRM state and ownership logic
• Authentication, RBAC, and permissions
• Quote and order integrity
• Referral and commission attribution
• Payment webhooks and reconciliation
• APIs and integrations
• Audit trails and observability
• Idempotency and transactional integrity
• Security and least privilege
• Testing, deployments, rollback, and documentation

We especially value engineers who think in terms of server-authoritative state, immutable identifiers, replay-safe webhooks, failure recovery, and protecting revenue-critical business events.

This can become a much larger strategic technical role for someone who proves they can create real leverage.
