• Plan and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter—open to any other platform you think will reach Californians effectively
• Mix of promotional offers, educational posts, and customer testimonials in a consistent, on-brand voice
• Actively respond to comments and DMs to nurture a community rather than just push messages

Reporting & Metrics
• Brief weekly dashboard covering organic sessions from California, social reach/engagement, and any technical site issues resolved
• Clear next-step recommendations drawn from those numbers

Acceptance criteria
1. Month-over-month growth in California organic sessions and social impressions
2. Content calendar delivered two weeks in advance each month
