Preschool Animal Nature Story Copywriting

I’m creating a picture-book for preschoolers aged 4–6 that introduces them to the wonders of animals and nature, and I need a skilled children’s copywriter to craft the text. The manuscript should be lively enough to grab a young child’s attention yet clear and age-appropriate so teachers and caregivers can use it as a gentle learning tool.

I will supply the page plan, rough illustrations, and a short outline of the key creatures and natural scenes I want highlighted. You will turn those prompts into engaging, read-aloud friendly prose—roughly one short paragraph or a few rhythmic lines per spread—sprinkling in simple facts or descriptive language that encourages curiosity without sounding like a textbook. Rhyme is welcome if it flows naturally, but not required.

Please be mindful of vocabulary level, sentence length, and pacing to suit emerging readers, and feel free to suggest wordplay or interactive phrasing (e.g., questions children can shout back) where it enhances the read-aloud experience. A brief note to parents/educators with two or three discussion ideas at the end of the manuscript would be a bonus.
