PDF Scanned Text Data Entry

I have a batch of scanned documents saved as PDFs and need every bit of text accurately keyed into an editable format. The scans are clear, but they still require human attention—automated OCR alone won’t cut it for this job. I’ll supply the PDFs via shared drive; you will return a clean, proof-read Word file (or Google Doc) that mirrors the original wording, paragraph breaks, and basic headings.

A sharp eye for spelling, punctuation, and consistent formatting is essential. If you prefer working with tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or even manual re-keying followed by Grammarly checks, that’s fine—use whatever helps you hit at least 99 % accuracy.

Deliverables (per document):
• Editable text file matching original layout
• Quick note of any illegible sections or uncertainties
