I have several standard PDFs (the text inside them is already selectable) that I need reproduced in Microsoft Word with the same visual fidelity they currently have. My priority is to preserve every element of the layout so the finished .docx looks and reads just like the source file.
What this means in practice:
• Text styles, heading hierarchy, and original page breaks stay exactly where they are.
• Tables, multi-column layouts, and the spacing between paragraphs or within cells must be mirrored precisely.
The PDFs are not scans, so you will be able to copy or export the text directly; the craftsmanship lies in keeping the structure intact once it lives in Word. No re-flow that alters pagination, no lost indents, and no substituted fonts that push lines onto an extra page.
Deliver the final Word files and nothing else—each one named after its corresponding PDF. A quick visual check (side-by-side with the original) should confirm success.
