Precise PDF to Word Conversion

I have a PDF that must be rebuilt in Word so it looks and behaves exactly like the original. My end goal is three-fold: I need to be able to update the text freely, tweak the overall formatting when required, and copy or analyse its data later on. Because of that, every visual and structural detail has to travel across perfectly.

Please preserve:
• All images and graphics with the same placement and resolution
• Every table and chart, keeping column widths, borders and alignments intact
• Headers, footers, page numbers and any repeating elements exactly as they appear in the PDF

Deliverables
1. A fully editable .docx file that mirrors the PDF page by page
2. A brief note outlining any unavoidable deviations or font substitutions

Acceptance Criteria
– Side-by-side comparison shows no layout shift or missing content
– All links (if present) remain live and functional
– Word styles are applied cleanly so future edits don’t break the layout
