I have one—or perhaps a small batch—of PDF files made up chiefly of text and paragraphs arranged in standard headings and body copy. All fonts are the usual system faces, so font substitution should not be an issue, but I do want each page in Word to echo the source layout as closely as possible.

Here is what I need from you:

• Convert every page into live, selectable Word text, preserving headings, paragraphs, line breaks, page breaks and any existing styles.
• Keep images anchored in their correct positions and leave them fully movable/editable.
• Recreate any tables as genuine Word tables rather than static pictures.
• Proof-read the result and correct obvious OCR slips so the document reads cleanly.
• Let me know up front if you spot scanned pages, watermarks, unusual glyphs or anything else that might compromise accuracy.

The final deliverable is a neatly formatted .docx file (one per source PDF) that I can open in Microsoft Word and edit without restrictions. Accuracy and faithful layout reproduction matter more to me than turnaround time, so take the care you need to get it right.
