Precise PDF Tables to Word

I need a clean, fully editable Word version of my existing PDF, but the job is less about simple text extraction and more about meticulous re-creation of every table and chart. The layout, column widths, fonts, borders, shading, and any embedded chart graphics must mirror the original page for page, cell for cell—an exact match, not a close approximation.
The source file is ready to share right after award, and I will supply a short sample page so you can demonstrate that your approach preserves fidelity before moving on to the full document.
Deliverables
• A DOCX file with all tables and charts formatted identically to the PDF
• Consistent styles applied throughout so future edits stay stable
• A brief note on any unavoidable deviations (I expect none, but transparency helps)
I will run a side-by-side comparison; if every table gridline and chart element lines up, the milestone is released. Let me know your turnaround time and any specialised tools or techniques (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Word advanced table tools, InDesign, or scripting) you plan to leverage.
