Precise Excel Text Data Entry

I have a stack of printed documents that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured Excel file. Your job is to transcribe the text exactly as it appears, copy any additional information noted on the pages, and then organise everything so each column is consistent and searchable.

Accuracy is critical—every entry must reflect the source material perfectly, with no spelling slips, misplaced characters, or skipped lines. After the data is entered, I also need the digital worksheets named logically and the scanned PDFs filed into clearly labelled folders so future referencing is effortless.

Deliverable:
• One Excel workbook containing all text data from the printed pages, properly formatted and validated.

I will review the file for completeness and spot-check for errors. If you’re confident working with text data at a high-accuracy level and can deliver on time, this task should be straightforward.
