Handwritten Numbers to CSV

I have 1,000 handwritten numbers that need to be keyed accurately into a single-column CSV file. The file must include a custom header that I will supply once we start. No additional formatting is required—just clean numeric entries, one per line, saved in standard comma-separated format so I can open it directly in Excel or any spreadsheet tool.
Your task is straightforward but accuracy is crucial; transposed or missing digits will break my downstream calculations. I will provide clear scans of the pages, and I’m happy to answer any ambiguity questions as you work.
Deliverable:
• One finished .csv file containing all 1,000 numbers, single column, with the agreed-upon header.
I’ll run a quick spot check and a simple equality count to confirm the 1,000 entries before releasing payment, so please build in a short self-review step. If this fits your wheelhouse, let’s get started.
