Pre-Built Cobot Sourcing Details

I need well-researched guidance on commercially available collaborative robots for multiple apps that can take care of material handling, drilling holes, applicators on a manufacturing floor. My focus is on true plug-and-play systems—minimum custom-built—so the shortlist must be made up of pre-engineered units I can purchase and deploy with minimal integration work.
3 different use cases in brief (more info will be provided to short-listed candidates):
1. A multi hole drilling system on plastic discs (recipe controlled)
2. An applicator unit to pick roll stickers 1 at a time from outside of a pipe (10" to 26" ID) & apply inside of this pipe.
3. Lift heavy pallet each (1200 Kg) on wooden bae(typical of a fork-lift use) of stacked & shrink-wrapped bags (each about 27Kg) from about a 0.5 meter high platform. Move about 10 meters with pallet, rotate 180 deg, Remove shrink-wrap & load individual bags in a pre-selected recipe inside 20/40 ft trailer.
The cobots you recommend must:
• Have Open communications via TCP port, for higher level management system to multiple cobots.
• You may offer open-source management system software as well, as an option. Get our approval on software 1st.
• Support AI built-in
• Offer clear data on payload, reach, cycle time, safety certifications, pricing tiers, lead times, and vendor support for cobots.

Deliverables I’m expecting:

1. A comparison spreadsheet (or similar) covering at least three suitable cobot models, complete with specs, pricing indications, and direct vendor contacts
2. A concise recommendation memo explaining which option you’d pursue first and why, plus any integration or end-of-arm tooling considerations

Please pull information from manufacturer catalogs, case studies, and your own industry experience, contacts. Familiarity with platforms like Universal Robots, Fanuc CRX, Doosan, or other mainstream players is helpful, but I’m open to any brand that meets the brief.

Need the spreadsheet and memo delivered, sources are cited, and I can clearly see the path to ordering the best-fit cobots for my 3 jobs.
