My team lives in Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams every day, yet too many steps are still manual. I want a streamlined set of Power Automate flows that increase efficiency across three key areas: email management, document collaboration, and task tracking.
Scope of work
• Review our current Microsoft 365 environment, mapping the manual touchpoints that slow us down.
• Design and build cloud-first Power Automate solutions that automatically sort and route emails in Outlook, move or tag files in SharePoint based on metadata, and update task lists or Planner boards inside Teams without human intervention.
• Ensure each flow includes clear error-handling and logging so issues surface immediately rather than days later.
• Provide concise user documentation and a hand-off session so my staff can maintain the flows after delivery.
Acceptance criteria
1. All three processes complete without manual steps in 90 % of routine cases.
2. Processing time per item is cut in half compared with our current baseline.
3. Flows are published in our tenant, version-controlled, and named uniformly for easy upkeep.
Power Automate, SharePoint API, adaptive cards for Teams, and, where helpful, Graph connectors are acceptable tools as long as they stay within standard licensing.
