Pool Service Industry Consultant — Product & Workflow Validation (Paid Trial Task)

We're building software for swimming pool service companies (route scheduling, customer management, pricing/billing, and field service tracking) and want to validate our assumptions against real-world experience before we build further.

We're looking for someone who has worked professionally in pool service - as a technician, route manager, or owner/operator of a pool service business in the US - to review our current product documentation and give us honest, specific feedback.

What you'll do:
- Review a set of short documents we provide (route scheduling logic, pricing/billing model, and service/chemical workflow) - approx. 1–2 hours of reading
- Join one ~45–60 minute video call with our team to walk through your feedback and answer questions
- Flag anything that doesn't match how pool service actually works in the field - scheduling, drive time/route order, how techs record chemical readings and service visits, and how companies typically price and bill customers

What we're looking for:
- Real hands-on experience in pool service - technician, route manager, or business owner (please specify years and role in your proposal)
- Based in the US (any state - pool industry experience matters more than location)
- Comfortable giving direct, specific critique, not general opinions
- Available for one video call within the next 1–2 weeks

This is a paid trial task. If it goes well, there's potential for an ongoing paid advisory arrangement (periodic reviews/calls as we continue building).
