I have already recorded an audiobook of roughly 13,000 words and now need a careful audio editor to bring it to a professional finish. The primary goal is simple: remove every verbal misstep—mispronunciations and the segments where I stopped, corrected myself, and reread a line—so the narration flows naturally from start to end. I have completed the first half so it is only the 2nd half that needs reviewing.
All breaths that sound distracting, mouth clicks that sneak in during those retakes, and any other artifacts tied to the mistakes should disappear in the process. I’m not looking for global noise reduction or pacing changes; just clean, seamless edits that preserve the original cadence while eliminating the stumbles.
When the cleanup is complete, deliver the final track (or tracks, if you prefer chapters split) as a single high-quality MP3. The file should be level-matched to a consistent volume, ready for upload to standard audiobook platforms without additional tweaking on my side.
If this sounds like your kind of straightforward polish job, let me know your turnaround time and a brief note on similar work you’ve done.
