Policy Excel Tracker & Reminders

I have a series of short videos stored on my phone that show insurance policy screens. From each video I only need the policy number, start date, expiry date and all data showed in videos captured and entered into an Excel file.

Once those basics are in, I’d like the workbook turned into a lightweight tracker that also holds payment status with renewal amount, customer contact details with space for follow-up notes, plus a live renewal status column that calculates and shows the next renewal date.

Three months before any policy’s start date the sheet must ping me in two ways:
• visually inside Excel (row highlight or pop-up on open, whichever is cleaner)
• an automatic email sent to my private address

A simple VBA routine or Power Automate flow is fine as long as it runs locally without extra subscriptions. Feel free to suggest smarter ideas for tracking, but keep the file easy enough for me to maintain afterward.

Deliverables at handover:
1. Completed Excel workbook populated from the videos
2. Built-in reminder system fully tested with one sample email trigger
3. Short, clear setup note so I can adjust addresses or dates later
