PDF-to-Word Text Extraction

I have a set of text-based PDFs where the content is already selectable, so no OCR will be needed. All I want is the raw text moved into individual .docx files—no layout reproduction, no images, no tables, just the exact wording in clean paragraphs.

Please open each PDF, copy every word exactly as it appears, and paste it into a Word document named after the source file. Line breaks should separate paragraphs only; otherwise keep the flow natural. After transferring, run a quick spell-check to be sure nothing was dropped or changed.

Deliverables:
• One .docx for every PDF provided, containing only the plain text
• A brief completion log listing each file you processed
