Podcast Transcription & Data Entry

I have a collection of podcast episodes in MP3 format that must be converted into clear, well-formatted text. After each episode is transcribed, I’ll need the content copied and pasted into my template (Google Docs) and a short summary inserted into a spreadsheet for quick reference. Accuracy, correct speaker identification, and consistent formatting are essential because the material will be published as show notes.

I’m open to whatever transcription workflow you prefer—Express Scribe, Descript, Otter, or a manual approach—as long as the final text is at least 98 % accurate and delivered on schedule. If your process includes the use of AI, please build in a human review step so the transcript reads naturally and any industry-specific terms are captured correctly.

When you send your bid, include a detailed project proposal explaining:
• Your step-by-step transcription and quality-control process
• Turnaround time per audio hour
• How you’ll handle speaker tags, timestamps (if you use them), and proofreading
• Any past podcast transcription work that shows your attention to detail

I will supply a short, five-minute MP3 test clip to the shortlisted freelancers; completing it accurately will be the acceptance criterion before we proceed with the full batch. Looking forward to reading your proposals and getting these episodes ready for publication!
