I have a 20 × 30 ft custom welded commercial pod—the “Pandora AI Fitness Gym”—that now needs to leap off the page and into fabrication. What I need is a cohesive visual and technical package that lets investors feel the space in 4K and lets my local welder build it without a single follow-up call.
The creative brief
• Atmosphere: modern and sleek from every angle—polished metals, smart lighting, clean sight-lines.
• Interior priorities: precise exercise-equipment placement, a well-thought lighting arrangement, and interior finishes that make the pod look premium yet durable.
3D deliverables
• High-resolution stills: four daytime and four nighttime 4K renders capturing exterior context shots plus interior close-ups that highlight equipment, lighting mood, and decor.
• Walkthrough video: a 30–60 second MP4 (HD and 4K versions) smoothly guiding viewers from the entry through workout zones, finishing with an exterior rotation.
2D fabrication package
• AutoCAD sheets only (DWG + PDF).
• Full structural-steel framing plan: member sizes, cut lengths, weld symbols, bolt patterns, gussets, and connection details ready for the shop floor.
• Elevations, sections, and exploded details covering floor deck, roof framing, door openings, glazing supports, and anchor points.
• A keyed schedule for steel profiles and quantities so ordering is straightforward.
Acceptance criteria
1. Renders and video accurately reflect final framing geometry and clear interior heights.
2. Lighting levels in night scenes show realistic spread from LED strips and downlights.
3. AutoCAD drawings open error-free in the latest desktop release and plot to scale on ARCH D sheets.
4. All steel details match AISC standards and local code references (I’ll provide the jurisdiction notes once we start).
Source files for both the 3D model (preferred: .MAX, .FBX, or .SKP) and the CAD set (native .DWG) come with final delivery so future revisions are easy.
