The task is to build a robust, scalable UI + API automation framework from the ground up using Playwright with TypeScript.
The framework must combine Page Object Model with a fixture-based approach so that future tests remain both readable and easily extensible.

Core requirements
• End-to-end web workflow coverage, including authentication flows, sessions, storageState, pop-ups, downloads, iframes, and other dynamic elements.
• Reusable utilities for test data management, screenshots, videos, traces, retries, and failure diagnostics.
• Cross-browser support and parallel execution with solid test isolation to keep flakiness to an absolute minimum.
• API automation and seamless API / UI integration testing.
• Clean, maintainable TypeScript code that follows best practices and is fully documented (setup, commands, architecture, and conventions).

CI/CD & reporting
All test suites must run in GitHub Actions with clear job separation and caching to optimise execution time. Results should feed into Allure (or an equivalent tool you propose) for rich reporting, including historical trends and visual artefacts.

Acceptance criteria
1. A fresh repository containing the framework code, README, and example tests.
2. GitHub Actions pipeline executing the tests on every push and pull request.
3. Allure (or agreed tool) reports generated automatically after each run.
4. Execution completes without flaky failures across Chromium, WebKit, and Firefox in parallel.
5. Average runtime demonstrably optimised compared to a single-thread baseline.

With these pieces in place, the team will have a dependable, maintainable foundation for future automated testing.
