Photo & Video Editor with AI Skills

We are looking for a skilled and creative Photo & Video Editor / AI Editor to join our post-production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of professional photo and video editing workflows and be comfortable using AI-powered editing tools to improve quality, speed up production, and maintain consistency.

The candidate will be responsible for editing photographs and videos for weddings, pre-weddings, maternity shoots, baby shoots, events, birthdays, and other professional photography projects.

Key Responsibilities
Photo Editing
Perform professional photo culling, selection, and basic corrections.
Edit RAW photographs with proper exposure, white balance, color correction, skin tones, and contrast.
Perform professional color grading and retouching.
Skin retouching, blemish removal, teeth/eye correction, and overall image enhancement.
Maintain consistency across complete shoots.
Prepare photographs according to client requirements and delivery standards.
Handle high-volume photo editing while maintaining quality and deadlines.
AI-Based Photo Editing
Use AI-powered tools for automatic culling, masking, skin retouching, noise reduction, image enhancement, and background/object removal.
Work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop AI, Lightroom AI, Imagen, Aftershoot, Topaz, Luminar, or similar AI platforms.
Understand when AI should be used and when manual editing is required.
Review and correct AI-generated results to ensure professional output.
Continuously explore new AI tools and techniques that can improve the studio's workflow.
Video Editing
Edit wedding, pre-wedding, event, birthday, maternity, and other professional videos.
Organize and synchronize video, audio, and camera footage.
Create highlight films, reels, teaser videos, and social-media content.
Perform color correction and color grading.
Add music, sound effects, transitions, titles, and basic motion graphics.
Maintain proper storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency.
Export videos according to required resolutions, formats, and delivery specifications.

Adobe Lightroom Classic
Adobe Photoshop
Camera RAW processing

Video:

Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro — added advantage
Basic After Effects knowledge — added advantage

AI Tools:

Experience with AI-based photo/video editing tools
Ability to learn and adopt new AI technologies quickly
Understanding of AI-assisted workflow automation is an advantage
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of photography and videography post-production.
Good understanding of color, skin tones, exposure, composition, and image quality.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain consistent editing across hundreds or thousands of photographs.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Good file-management and folder-organization skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of RAW photographs and video footage.
Good understanding of different camera formats and codecs is preferred.
Ability to follow studio editing styles and client-specific requirements.
Willingness to learn new editing and AI technologies.
