I have a handful of straightforward, functional plastic parts destined for everyday consumer products and I need them taken all the way to injection-mould-ready CAD. The geometry is simple, but I want to be sure every feature respects draft angles, wall-thickness rules, gate and ejector placement, and other DFM best practices so the moulds run trouble-free in production.

You will start from rough sketches and basic dimensional requirements that I supply and turn them into complete 3D models (SolidWorks or equivalent STEP/IGES is fine). Please include any light simulation checks you normally perform—Moldflow, shrinkage, warpage—so we can catch issues early. A short design-for-assembly note would also be helpful because these parts interface with off-the-shelf hardware.

Deliverables
• Native CAD files + neutral formats (STEP/IGES)
• 2D drawings with critical dimensions, tolerances, draft call-outs, material spec: commodity plastic grade TBD
• Quick DFM report highlighting gate location, ejector strategy and any risk areas

I will review, comment once, and expect a clean final package ready to hand straight to the toolmaker. Let me know your turnaround time and which software versions you prefer so we stay compatible.
