Plain Text Data Entry

I have a folder full of digital plain-text (.txt) documents that need to be copied, without alteration, into a master spreadsheet template I will share via Google Sheets. Every file corresponds to one row; the entire body of the text should land in the designated “Content” column while the file name goes into “Source ID.” Because the source is already digital, there is no transcription or OCR involved—this really is a straightforward copy-paste task—but accuracy counts.

Please preserve original line breaks and any simple indentation found in the source files. Should you spot an empty or corrupt file, note it in the comments column rather than guessing at the content.

Deliverables
• A fully populated Google Sheet with all entries correctly aligned
• A brief log (plain text) listing any anomalies or blank files encountered
