I run the PHP-based news PDF e-paper at https://epaper.dharmaganta.com and have the full source code ready to share. I now want to refresh the site so it mirrors the smooth experience of paper.deshatimes.in while keeping my current backend intact.

Front-end work
The share bar needs replacing with polished buttons for Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and a universal “share” icon. These buttons must adopt the new theme and function seamlessly on both desktop and mobile.

Admin panel upgrades
• Add straightforward controls that let me update the website header and footer—logo, menus, social links and any text—without touching code.
• Provide a section to manage the “clip” graphic along with the header and footer graphics that appear inside each PDF page.
• Integrate Google AdSense so I can paste ad code in the panel and pick its placement (header, between news blocks, sidebar) from a dropdown.

UI redesign
Deliver a clean, modern template inspired by the reference site but in my own colours. Only HTML/CSS/JS should change; core PHP logic stays the same.

Deliverables
• Updated theme files (HTML, CSS, JS, images)
• Modified PHP modules/controllers enabling the new share bar, header/footer edits and AdSense settings
• Any SQL or migration scripts if new tables or fields are added
• A brief read-me explaining installation and where to find each new option in the admin panel

Acceptance criteria
The solution must run on PHP 8.* and MySQL 5.7+ without errors after I upload the files and import any database script. All new buttons, header/footer content and AdSense slots must be controllable from the back-office.

I will provide full source code and cPanel access once milestones are agreed; please include your turnaround time and any similar e-paper or news portal work you have done.
