Photorealistic Archviz 3D Renderings -- 2

I have a new project—internally referred to as “Phuoc”—that needs complete architectural visualization, both inside and out. You will receive AutoCAD drawings and rough sketches; from there I need you to build the full 3D model and deliver high-resolution, photorealistic renders.

Your workflow can be in SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or any combination you are comfortable with, as long as the lighting, materials, and final post-production achieve a modern, true-to-life look.

Please attach a portfolio link that highlights comparable interior and exterior work and include a detailed project proposal outlining:

• your preferred software/render engine
• estimated milestones for modeling, first draft, revisions, and final delivery
• the resolution and file formats I will receive
