Photo-Realistic Bathroom 3D Renders

I have the full layout of my new bathrooms (total 3 in number) and detailed finish schedules, and I now need to see how the bathroom will truly look before we start fitting it out. Your task is to turn my supplied plan, marble swatches, fixture specifications, and style references into 3–4 ultra-realistic 3D stills that capture the space from a few key angles.

Scope
• Room to render: the bathroom only (other rooms such as the living room, kitchen, or bedroom may follow once this first set meets expectations).
• Style direction: I will provide exact mood images and notes up front; please match them faithfully rather than choosing a preset look.
• Resolution: 4 K JPG or PNG suitable for print and on-screen review.
• Revisions: at least one round for minor tweaks on materials, lighting, or camera angle.

Free to use any tool including any AI tool are fine as long as the final images feel lifelike—accurate light bounce, realistic textures, no visible noise.

I will hand over:
– PDF floor plan with elevations
– A finish board covering tiles, paint, hardware, and sanitary ware
– Any additional reference photos needed for context

Deliver the finished renders along with the original scene file so I can order alterations later if required. If this pilot bathroom goes smoothly, I will reopen the project for the rest of the house.
