Photo-Real Outdoor Kitchen Rendering

I have a series of site photos and measurements that I will upload as soon as the project starts. Using those references, I need a full 3D design of an outdoor kitchen in a clean, Modern style. The kitchen must be built around two main finish choices—exposed brick and white Corian—and it has to accommodate a grill, sink, deep-fat fryer, and a generous flat surface for food prep.

My goal is to see exactly how the finished space will look before any construction begins, so the final deliverable has to be a photo-realistic render, not a simple conceptual sketch. I will also need the native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) alongside a set of high-resolution PNG or JPEG images suitable for client presentation.

Please ensure lighting feels natural for an outdoor environment and that all appliances are shown to correct scale. If you work with V-Ray, Lumion, or another high-quality rendering engine, let me know; realism is critical. A quick turnaround is preferred, but I’m happy to discuss milestones for initial draft views and final polished images.
