I need a stamped boundary survey of my vacant Philadelphia lot and a complete set of zoning drawings that the city will accept for a permit. The goal is to turn the parcel into a private driveway with drive-through access and legal curb cuts at both street fronts.

Because there is no existing survey or prior drawing, the work starts from scratch. I will rely on your field measurements, research into city records, and any required coordination with Philadelphia’s Department of Streets and Zoning. Once the survey is set, I’ll need an architect-prepared site plan showing pavement layout, curb-cut dimensions, grading, storm-water notes if required, and any other details the permit counter typically asks for.

Deliverables (PDF and CAD preferred):
• Signed boundary/topographic survey suitable for recording
• Zoning site plan and driveway layout, ready to submit
• Curb-cut detail sheets meeting city standards
• Title block listing your PA license numbers and seals

I have no special design requests beyond through-and-through access; usability and code compliance come first. My budget is tight, so concise, permit-ready documents are key. If you hold both surveyor and architect licenses, or can team up seamlessly, let me know your timeline and fixed-fee quote.
