Launch Minimalist Static Website Fast

I already have the written copy laid out in Framer and dropped into a few preliminary frames. Now I need a designer-developer who can turn these early drafts into a fully polished, minimalist static website and push it live on the domain I’ve purchased.

Scope
• Six core pages: Home, About, Who We Are, etc
• Clean, minimalist aesthetic in line with the sample frames already in Framer.
• Static build only—no CMS or dynamic features required.
• Final deployment and DNS setup so the site is publicly accessible as soon as possible.

You’re free to refine the existing Framer layout or rebuild from scratch if that’s quicker, as long as the end result matches the text I’ve provided and keeps to the minimalist look. Optimisation for performance and basic on-page SEO are expected.

Acceptance criteria
• Pixel-perfect rendering of all three pages across modern browsers and mobile.
• PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
• Domain resolves to the new site without errors.

I’m ready to move fast, so please include a realistic turnaround time in your proposal and any similar minimalist sites you’ve launched.

Website needs to load quickly on tablet, android, iOS, desktop under poor network signal / 4G / WiFi.
