PhD Mentor: Organizational Leadership Research

I am in the initial stages of a PhD that explores decision making issues in Organizational Leadership, and I want an experienced doctoral-level mentor to guide the entire research journey. My main need is research guidance: sharpening the problem statement, refining questions, shaping a solid mixed-methods design, and steering me through literature review, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

I am expecting that the study will most probably combine qualitative insights with quantitative validation. I have a rough proposal drafted but it needs an expert eye to ensure methodological rigour, coherence between the two strands, and alignment with current literature.

Key outcomes I expect from our collaboration:
• A clearly articulated research framework and set of testable propositions
• A step-by-step PhD plan from start to finish.
• Ongoing feedback on chapter drafts and conference papers until committee submission
• Regular virtual meetings (frequency to be agreed based on need), annotated feedback on documents, and occasional live brainstorming sessions to keep me on track compared to the plan.
