Pet 360 Video to Interactive Hologram

I want to preserve my pet in a way that lets me keep playing with him long after he is gone. The idea is to film a full 360-degree video session while he is • playing with toys • sleeping or simply relaxing, and • showing off any tricks he knows.

Once the footage is captured, I need an end-to-end pipeline that:

• ingests the 360-degree footage,
• converts it into a high-fidelity, fully interactive 3D hologram, and
• hosts that hologram on a server so I can stream it at home through 3D glasses or an AR/VR headset and actually “play” with my virtual pet.

Please outline:

1. The capturing setup you recommend (cameras, lighting, green-screen or volumetric stage if needed).
2. Your process for volumetric reconstruction, rigging, texturing, and animation so the hologram responds naturally when I interact.
3. Hosting and streaming requirements, including formats, compression, and any cloud services you prefer.
4. Estimated timeline from shoot day to a fully functioning interactive hologram.
5. A clear cost breakdown for each phase—capture, processing, development, and deployment.

Acceptance will be based on a working interactive hologram I can view through consumer-grade 3D glasses with smooth playback and recognizable, lifelike movement of my pet in all the recorded behaviors.
