Website Scope — Personal Brand Website
Project: Once-off Website Design & Build
Budget: USD $70–$90 fixed project fee
We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer to design and build a basic, professional and modern website for a personal brand. The website should be clean, easy to navigate, mobile-friendly and visually aligned with the brand.
Platform
- WordPress, Squarespace, Framer or Shopify — to be mutually agreed based on the website requirements and the freelancer's recommendation.
- Website Pages
- Up to 5 core pages, for example:
Home; About ;Services / Products; Blog / Resources; Contact
The final page structure will be agreed upon before development begins.
Design & Build Requirements
The website should include:
- Professional, clean and modern design
- Responsive layout for desktop and mobile
- Simple and intuitive navigation
- Integration of provided logo, branding, images and content
- Contact form
- Basic on-page SEO setup
- Social media links or basic social media feed integration
- Email marketing/newsletter opt-in form
- Basic analytics setup (Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel)
This is intended to be a basic website build, using existing platform functionality, templates or themes where appropriate. Complex custom development or advanced functionality is not required within this budget.
Design Revisions
Up to two (2) major revision rounds during the initial design/mockup stage.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Client-Provided Materials
The Client will provide the required website copy, logo, brand assets, images, social media details and other content required for the website, unless otherwise agreed.
Post-Launch Support
Includes 14 days of complimentary technical support after the website goes live.
This covers fixing bugs or minor technical issues relating to the completed website.
Ongoing maintenance, content updates, additional pages, new functionality, redesigns or other work requested after the 14-day support period will be quoted separately.
Freelancer Application
Please include the following in your proposal:
- Add in the word "PERSONAL BRAND WEBSITE" in the beginning, so we can see you've read through.
- 2–3 examples of similar websites you have designed/built
- Recommended platform for this project
- Estimated turnaround time
- Confirmation that you can complete the project within the $70–$90 budget
- Confirmation of what is included in your price
- Any assumptions or exclusions
