Personal Assistant / Founder's Right Hand - Project Management, Research & Outreach
I'm a first-time solo founder starting an AI revenue recovery company for small businesses, and I'm also dealing with a hard personal legal and housing situation in Tennessee. I need one organized, patient person with strong professional English to be my right hand and my voice, and to help me keep everything moving.
What you'd do:
- Project management: keep a simple task list and tracking sheet, follow up on open items, and report back in writing
- Research: dig into my options on housing and legal questions, and on business funding
- Outreach: email and call attorneys, legal aid, court offices, and my legal plan provider for me; help with warm introductions
- Business admin: help me coordinate my developers and partners and chase overdue invoices for revenue recovery
Chat and email only with me, no calls. Legal assistant, paralegal, virtual assistant, project manager or advocacy experience is a plus. You don't need to be a lawyer, but please be upfront about that. Starting with a small paid trial of about 5 hours. In your bid, tell me what similar work you've done and how you'd start.
