I am looking for a sharp, resourceful personal assistant to dive deep into competitor analysis for my business. Your main focus will be researching information on key players in our space—how they position themselves, price their offers, market to customers, and the gaps we can exploit. While other assistants might handle scheduling or inbox management, my priority right now is high-quality competitive intelligence.

Here’s how I see the engagement working:

• Identify the top competitors I name (and any that surface during your investigation)
• Gather data from public filings, websites, reviews, social media, SimilarWeb, Statista, and other reliable sources you regularly use
• Organise findings in Google Sheets or Excel for easy comparison, then craft a concise insights deck or document highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

Acceptance criteria

– Data current within the past six months
– Executive summary no longer than two pages, backed by a detailed spreadsheet
