Convert Mixed PDF to Excel

I have a set of PDFs where the data appears in a mix of paragraphs and embedded tables. I only need the tabular information extracted. In the finished .xlsx, every row should mirror a complete row from the original tables—no partial splitting or merging.

Please keep the column widths consistent with the visual spacing in the source so the sheet is immediately readable without extra tweaks. No other special styling is necessary; accuracy of the cell values and preservation of the table order matter most.

Deliverable: one clean Excel file, ready to sort, filter, and analyse.
