I have already completed the overall layout in CAD and produced a full 3-D rendering. What I now need is a licensed professional who can turn that concept package into permit-ready construction documents for Riverside County California
Project overview
• Two-story traditional block home, ±2,500 sq ft
• Detached block garage of similar size, built as shell space with a large roll-up door and multiple windows
• Both structures will sit on a block stem wall with an 8-inch reinforced slab and rise to roughly 26 ft in height
• Roof to be framed with engineered trusses and finished in concrete tiles
Scope of work
1. Translate my existing CAD files into a full architectural, structural, and site set.
2. Provide all structural calculations for the block walls, stem wall, 8-inch slab, and roof trusses.
3. Include any details needed for concrete tile installation, lintels, hurricane ties, and anchorage appropriate to block construction.
4. Produce sheets that satisfy plan-checker requirements: cover, code data, floor plans, elevations, roof plan, sections, structural schedules, and notes.
5. Deliver the final PDF set plus the original editable files so I can submit digitally and print.
Acceptance criteria
• Plans must be stamped or ready for stamping in my jurisdiction.
• All dimensions, load paths, and reinforcement callouts must be clear enough for both the structural reviewer and the field crew.
• No missing details that would trigger a “revise and resubmit” notice—especially around truss calcs and block wall reinforcement.
I will supply:
• DWG files, 3-D model, and preliminary notes on mechanical and electrical placement.
• Site survey and any zoning data I already have.
Please confirm your familiarity with block construction, concrete tile roofs, and permitting in California United States when you reply.
