Permit-Ready Hardscape Design Drawings

I need a complete set of drawings that my county permitting office will approve for a new hardscape installation at my home. The project includes a large paver patio—well over 500 sq ft—and a set of matching stairs that tie into the existing grade. I already know the footprint and material (concrete pavers), but the plans must translate that concept into clear, code-compliant documentation.
What I expect from you: dimensioned site and layout plans, elevations and sections that show the patio thickness, base layers, step riser/tread details, and any notes the reviewer will look for—load calculations, drainage slope, expansion joints, and relevant material specs. PDF sheets are fine for submission, but I would also like the original CAD file so revisions are painless if the inspector requests tweaks.
I can supply a rough sketch, site photos, and measurements as soon as we start. Please base the drawing on those inputs, local residential building codes, and standard ICPI guidelines for paver systems. Turnaround inside a week is ideal; let me know if that timing works for you.
