I run GaonBasket, a growing online marketplace that lets farmers sell organic produce under their own brand names. What I need now is a performance-driven marketer who can translate our traffic into measurable sales.

The assignment is straightforward: build and optimise campaigns on social media and search engines with one clear KPI—higher check-out conversions. You will have access to our product feed, existing creatives, and pixel data; I expect you to shape a full-funnel strategy, launch the ads, and keep refining them through data-backed experiments until the cost-per-sale drops and revenue climbs.
