PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a digital PDF whose text is already selectable; I simply need the entire file reproduced in an editable .docx. The priority is accuracy when it comes to every table, chart, and embedded image—cell structure, column widths, and captions must carry over exactly, and graphics should appear in the same positions at their original resolution. Text can adopt clean Word styles, but the data layout must remain faithful to the source.
