Clean Gym Video Editing

I have a batch of raw gym / fitness vlog footage that needs to be shaped into a polished final cut. The look I’m after is clean and professional—no flashy effects, just crisp pacing, smooth trims, and consistent color so the workout sequences feel seamless and easy to follow.

Key priorities
• Remove every obvious mistake, stumble, or long pause so the final runtime flows naturally.
• Tighten transitions between sets or camera angles while keeping the energy authentic.
• Deliver the master file in 4K (H.264) plus an editable project file.

Optional touches such as captions, motion graphics, or background music may be discussed later, but for this stage the focus is purely on precision cuts and professional color balance.

You’re free to work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any equivalent NLE—as long as the export meets the quality spec and the edit stays true to that clean gym-vlog style.

Please share one relevant sample that shows similar work so I can gauge fit. Once I approve the direction, we can lock in the timeline and milestones and get this workout video looking sharp.
