PDF-to-Word Conversion -- 3

I have a collection of mostly text-based PDF files that need to be reproduced in Microsoft Word with absolute fidelity. Every paragraph, heading, image, header, footer, and line break must appear exactly as it does in the source document—no re-phrasing, no spelling tweaks, no layout “improvements.” Think of the finished .docx as a mirror image of the PDF, only fully editable.

You may use the workflow or tools you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, OCR software, manual re-types—but the end result must reflect the original page for page. Before signing off I will open the Word file side-by-side with the PDF and expect them to match visually and textually.

Deliverables:
• One clean .docx file for each supplied PDF, preserving text, formatting, images, headers, and footers
• Fonts embedded or substituted so line and page breaks stay intact
• Confirmation that no spelling or wording has been altered
