Job Title: CSV Listings Team Member – Airtable to Shopify& eBay - Part Time
Job Description:
We are seeking a part time, detail-oriented CSV Listings worker to handle multi-channel product catalog uploads for approximately 900 products.
The client master product data lives in Airtable. Your primary role is to extract this data, format and validate CSVs, and successfully upload and map products across 2 Shopify stores and 2 eBay stores.
Key Responsibilities
Airtable Extraction & Data Cleaning: Export product data (~800 SKUs) from Airtable into organized CSV batches, validating data cleanliness (SKUs, pricing, descriptions, images).
Shopify Upload & Metafield Mapping: Import data into 2 separate Shopify stores. Ensure custom schema, taxonomy, and custom attributes map accurately to Shopify Metafields without errors.
eBay Upload & Item Specifics Mapping: Format and bulk-upload inventory via eBay Seller Hub Reports/File Exchange to 2 separate eBay stores. Ensure mandatory and category-specific Item Specifics (Brand, MPN, Material, Size, etc.) are 100% compliant to prevent listing rejections.
Data Verification & Error Resolution: Run sample batches (10–20 products) first on each channel, audit live listings, and resolve any upload error logs.
